I am Italian born and raised, and started my career there in 2015 working with children, teens, and their families and teachers. I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2019 with a Master degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist. I am trained in different modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), and Art Therapy. I am a member of CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists). As an immigrant, I know how crucial it can be to express our thoughts and feelings in our native language. This is why I offer therapy services not only in English, but also in Italian and Spanish.
My passion lies in working with teenagers, young adults and families. In my experience, a “one size fits all” approach does not apply when it comes to therapy. This is why I prioritize a person-centered approach. I incorporate trauma-informed approaches and various therapeutic interventions based on what each person needs, including Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, therapeutic play, and expressive arts.
Finding a therapist that is a good fit is possible. I am here to support you in your healing process, and I am thrilled to work collaboratively with you on this journey.
