As a daughter of immigrants and a first-generation Latina, my path to becoming a therapist was deeply shaped by my own experiences navigating two cultures, family expectations, and the silence that often surrounds mental health in our communities.
These experiences inspired my passion for creating healing spaces where others(especially those who’ve felt unheard or unseen) can begin to feel safe, supported, andempowered.
I specialize in working with individuals and families to break cycles of generational trauma and build healthier relationships with themselves and one another. I’ve supported both children and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, andautism, always approaching therapy with compassion, cultural awareness, and a client-centered lens.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I strive to make therapy accessible and inclusive. Whether we’re exploring family dynamics, identity, or emotional wellness. My goal is to walk alongside you in your healing journey, because you don’t have to do it alone.
