I’m a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is fueled by coffee and Disney magic. I enjoy going to sporting events with my family and building epic Lego creations with my husband. On my spare time, I enjoy retail shopping with my children and playing Bingo with my grandparents.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies with a Minor in Developmental Psychology. My Master’s degree was obtained at Hope International University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have provided therapy for individuals, families, and children from diverse backgrounds and experiences to navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. From Bowen family systems to cognitive behavioral therapy, therapy is a journey of self-discovery.
I have experience working with monolingual households and understand the complex dynamics within divorced families, both with children and adults. I believe therapy provides essential support during difficult times, including trauma, and that healing is possible for anyone. If you are seeking to begin this new therapeutic journey, I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for you to explore your challenges and work towards healing and growth. Let’s build a brighter future, one brick at a time.
