Individual therapy consists of one-on-one sessions between you and your therapist, and it can be a valid treatment for a variety of issues, from depression to anxiety, stress,
chronic illness, grief, self-esteem, coping skills, trauma, life transitions, and more. It can
also be helpful when you just want to know yourself better, you feel like you are doing
okay but somehow something is missing or you could use some extra support in
reaching your goals.
